Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched/shipped from our warehouse.
Once an order has been dispatched, shipped, or handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
After dispatch, customers must follow our Return & Refund Policy to request a return (if eligible).
Goyal Trade reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances.
