Return Policy – Goyal Trade

At Goyal Trade, customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns only in cases where the issue is from our side.

Eligible Reasons for Return

Returns will be accepted only if:

  • You receive the wrong size (different from what you ordered), or

  • The product has a manufacturing defect, or

  • You receive the wrong product.

How to Request a Return

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  1. Please make a clear unboxing video showing the issue.

  2. The video must clearly show the product and the problem.

  3. Send the video on WhatsApp to: 7980175569

  4. Once our team verifies the issue, your return will be approved.

Important Notes

  • The unboxing video is mandatory for return approval.

  • No returns will be accepted without proper video proof.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
